- Active supporting by execution of human resources (HR) processes in a certain division to meet internal requirements and in compliance with defined HR policies- Close cooperation with management of a division related to HR area, e. g. on organizational development and changes, creating new jobs, employee selection, career planning, identifying and developing key employees, performance management and evaluation, managing salaries and preparing salary increase plan, solving labor-law issues, etc.- Providing consultancy and required information related to HR area to managing employees - Responsibility for compliance of defined HR policies and labor-law regulations in a certain division- Ensuring mutual communication and mutual transfer of information and requirements between divisional management and divisional or central HR department - Cooperation on defining HR policies and procedures, setting and developing HR processes and systems with central HR department- Cooperation with central HR department on implementing new HR policies and processes in a certain division - Participation in central HR projects and if required leading divisional HR projects
