Ever since early high school years I have been a programming and computer graphics enthusiast. I got master's in mathematics, computer science and teaching at the University of Hradec Kralove with the thesis on real-time terrain visualization. After graduating I took up a full time job at the University of Defense, Faculty of Military Health Sciences as a researcher in medical data visualization, geographical data visualization, computer vision, computer modelling and later also as a statistician. At the same time I continued studying a doctoral program at the University of Hradec Kralove, Faculty of Informatics and Management with the thesis on real-time large scale terrain rendering. I also held a part time job as a lecturer and, after getting the PhD, as an assistant professor at the faculty, teaching computer graphics, algorithms and data structures and programming. In 2014 I quit the full time job at the University of Defense and started working full time at the Faculty of Informatics and Management and I took up a part time job at Tecnobit S.r.l developing a CAD software for interior design. In 2018 I quit the full time job at the university and began working full time in computer vision and computer graphics R&D at Alter. I'm still under contract at both universities as statistics and machine learning consultant.
