With Welcome to the Jungle, we help people find the companies they belong to and relevant candidates to fit into their company culture. We are a new career portal focused on modern Employer Branding and Recruiting. My role is to grow not only our team, but also every single person in it and whole Welcome to the Jungle in Czech Republic and Slovakia.

External cooperation with the Recruitment Academy team. As a lecturer in two courses, I help with training in Employer Branding and HR Marketing. The courses focus on understanding the importance of Employer Branding in HR communication and how EB grasps and adjusts in your company. With some interesting case studies, everyone explore the latest trends and can be really inspired.

Proudly was a career showroom where we helped people find jobs where they belonged and companies find relevant candidates who fit into their company culture. My role as Co-Founder and CEO was to make sure that the project grew successfully and not only that our Proudly team grew, but that every single person in it did as well. So that we can keep bringing new functional innovations to the job market and make it easier for companies to find new talent. This allowed not only Proudly to grow, but more importantly, we were able to help even more people find jobs where they would be truly happy and help companies build a quality Employer Brand, which in turn helped them gain more quality loyal employees so they could reduce turnover and recruiting costs. We successfully sold Proudly to French company Welcome to the Jungle in January 2019 and my story and role in the company continues on under the new Welcome to the Jungle brand.
