He also directs Innovar’s management, vision, and strategy. Under his leadership, Innovar has grown to be a multi-million dollar company with operations throughout North America. Hoogstrate has experience developing and implementing hiring solutions throughout the United States and overseas. Prior to Innovar Group, Hoogstrate was the Director of Staffing for Inflow, Inc., where he applied his background in building world-class teams of technologists. During his tenure, Inflow grew from a team of 70 employees in four offices to over 600 employees in sixteen offices. Earlier in his career, Hoogstrate was the Vice President of Operations for a regional recruiting firm where he led the Sales and Recruiting efforts resulting in 100% year over prior growth for two consecutive years. Earlier, Hoogstrate was a Manager of National Accounts for a multi-billion dollar staffing firm, where he had responsibility for managing teams of Recruiters and Sales professionals in delivering technical staffing solutions for major clients throughout the US.Specialties:Information Technology recruiting firm providing resources on a contract, contract-for-hire, or permanent placement basis.
