Answered both the domestic violence and sexual assault crisis lines while also answering six business lines after hours. Responsible for approving women and children for shelter and helped refer clients to resources within the community. Accountable for the safety and supervision of the many women and children that stayed in shelter. Assisted in maintaining the shelter’s standards of cleanliness.
