Work with Phu Bia Mining started 16th April' 2016 in Mobile Maintenance department as a Technical Trainer for all Mobile Mining Equipment. FIFO 4/2 (weeks) back to Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. PANAUST owned & controlled maintenance with mining operation. My role is to prepare the systems & processes for a smooth transition, monitoring and coaching the maintenance personals in effective mobile plant maintenance activity, identifying performance and reliability issues. Making sure all equipment are made available for mining utilization.
