As the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Dragoman PLLC, I lead a team of lawyers and consultants who provide legal, technical, and educational services to individuals, international organizations, governments, and businesses. With over 25 years of experience in law, business, development, and higher education, I have developed a deep understanding of the law, as well as a passion for promoting global justice and cooperation. Some of my recent achievements include advising clients on legal pathways for immigrant and non-immigrant visas to the United States. I have drafted numerous complex contracts at the domestic and international levels and represented corporations in international arbitration proceedings. I am also experienced in designing and delivering human rights education programs for various audiences, writing and translating legal and technical documents for multiple projects, and advising clients on compliance and best practices in international law and development. I have LLM and PhD degrees in international law and also hold a Master of Laws degree from The George Washington University Law School, where I received the Thelma Weaver Memorial Award for my contribution to the intellectual and professional life of the law school. I am a member of the Washington D.C. Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the American Translators Association. I have native fluency in English and Farsi, and have basic fluency and limited professional proficiency in Arabic.
