Leading the Environments team for Falcon and Dragon programs.

-Reviewing and analyzing flight data (vibration/acoustics/shock) to monitor vehicle/components health before and after each flight using damage-based analysis -Point of contact for stage and engine dynamics environment for internal and external customers (NASA, AeroSpace) -Supporting production team for vibration/shock level derivation and performing the test-Point of contact for Dragon/Falcon/Payload acoustics: deriving environments, performing acoustic tests, pad acoustics, sonic boom measurement-Using analytical methods and modeling (SEA/FEA/BEM/VAA) to predict environments and verifying the model with actual flight/test data to help with the design/hardware teams (designing components/isolation trays)

• Commissioning a new hemi-anechoic chamber and sound jury room.• Managing sound & vibration test facilities and product testing for engineering, including training technician, overseeing or conducting testing to internal and international standards (IEC, ISO), analyzing results, and making recommendations to product development teams.• Managing a multiple project workload while applying engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement and evaluate test strategies to support product development activities.• Coordinating outside testing and analysis activities, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA).• Preparing summaries, making recommendations, and presenting test results for both technical and nontechnical audiences, including executive staff.

- Vibration energy harvester for leadless pacemakers• Developing a novel MRI compatible piezoelectric energy harvester to replace the batteries inside pacemakers.• Modeling and prototyping several small-scale designs and testing them on a closed-loop shaker using heartbeat waveform. • Potential applications: powering implantable bio-medical devices, generating electricity from low frequency excitation.-Nonreciprocal wave propagation • Modeling metamaterials and developing a mechanism similar to linear induction motors to achieve nonreciprocal wave propagation. Experience of working with Rockwell PowerFlex 753 drive and H2W Technologies linear motors. • Potential applications: Targeted signal conditioning, noise rejection, biomedical imaging.- Vibration piezoelectric shoe energy harvester• Lead a group of five in the successful modeling, designing and building of a piezoelectric shoe energy harvester using Matlab and Solidworks for company client: Tekcapital Co.• Potential applications: Powering cell phones, small electronic devices from human walking motion where there is no access to electricity, generating electricity for sensors in roads from passing cars.

Teaching a summer undergraduate course, "Dynamic Systems #MAE340", at University at Buffalo.Course materials:Modeling of dynamic systems, Laplace domain analysis, Frequency and time domain analysis of first order and second order systems, Transfer function, Stability.Course evaluation was 4.9 out of 5.0.
