Teaching Assistant for the Lean Construction Class

-Leading multiple residential project developments from feasibility studies through the completion of the project. My efforts included but not limited to deal negotiation, financing, project design, and construction.-Orchestrated the construction of multi-story residential building development in Tehran, including managing costs, schedule, and coordinating between subcontractors.-Improved process efficiency and workflow by implementing productivity initiatives and proactively identifying and resolving problems.
