• Manage and clean high-frequency administrative data on business permits by removing outliers and normalizing values• Construct panel data sets of neighborhoods at different temporal frequencies including information about business openings and closures from many different types of data (panxqel, temporal, high frequency, etc.) • Conduct a preliminary analysis of the data (ANOVA, regression model, time series, random forest)• Implement generalized event-study and difference-in-difference methods to estimate a causal effect of transportation improvement on business openings• Visualize the results in figures and report key estimates with Tableau
