Hope A. Email and Phone Number
I am a dedicated insurance professional who is committed to being a lifelong learner and passionate about service and DEI.I began my journey with Travelers in 2020 as an intern in the Claim Professional Development Program where I attained valuable insights into the insurance industry. In 2022 I graduated Summa Cum Laude from North Central College and transitioned into a full-time role at Travelers as a Worker’s Compensation Adjuster. In that role, I thrived in a high volume and fast-paced environment. My skills in areas of critical thinking, adaptability, collaboration, and determination to find a way to get the job done were instrumental to my success. In that role, I also had the opportunity to represent Travelers at college career/internship fairs and fostered connections with potential future talent. In addition, I had the opportunity to lead a community engagement effort showcasing my leadership and outreach capabilities. In 2024 I took on a new role as a Participant in Travelers Operations Leadership Development Program where I am challenged to think, innovatively, expand my leadership capabilities, and identify solutions to optimize workflow efficiencies and effectiveness. I am currently aligned within Travelers Business Insurance Small Commercial at the Agency Help Desk and support the team and its leadership with day-to-day management tasks and projects centered on enhancing efficiencies.
