I am a dedicated, self-motivated, flexible, committed, competent, pro-active,and compassionate nurse practitioner, with sound clinical, managerial and leadership qualities earned during 3 years of patient care experience. These qualities include, strong patient advocacy skill, excellent verbal and written communication skills, high level of integrity and honesty when dealing with sensitive subjects and situations related to patients which makes me ensure that courtesy and politeness is shown to the patients at all times. Also, I am goal-driven and I function well in a multi-disciplinary team as a team player with good organizational skill ensuring collaboration between team members. During the years, I have developed on-site mentorship, teaching and problem-solving skills through the provision of guidance to nursing students on clinical posting and also health assistance.
