• Planned and conducted occupational therapy treatment to a caseload of 25 clients per week• Evaluated and provided intervention to clients with a variety of diagnoses including: osteoarthritis, wrist fractures, digit fractures, elbow fractures, amputations, lateral epicondylitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, cerebrovascular accident, surgical repair of Dupuytren’s contracture, thumb carpometacarpal arthroplasty, and flexor/extensor tendon repair, and many other diagnoses • Administered, scored, and interpreted results for the following assessments: Hand Held Dynamometer/Grip Strength, Goniometric Assessment, Pinch Gauge, Gulick Anthropometric Tape, O’Conner Dexterity Test, QuickDASH• Determined therapeutic interventions by consulting with occupational therapist and using evidence based articles• Completed all patient documentation within required time frames• Presented a case study to the clinic that informed therapists on the selected patient's diagnosis, progress, and future expectations regarding diagnosis• Created a forearm strengthening exercise for patients who lack supination, pronation, radial deviation, ulnar deviation• Participated in monthly staff meetings regarding patient care and documentation
