Instructed youth, ranging from ages 4 to 13, on how to improve their technical swimming skills through providing constructive feedback with an additional focus on building confidence in the ocean water and safety. Supervised a team of 8 instructors and delegated instructional groups to each member to achieve effective management. Communicated with parents on a regular basis on their child’s progress and addressed any arising concerns.
