Maintain client relationships. Create contracts between colleges and stores for large events. Create copy for advertising. Grow sales for all locations locally. Create sales plans for all local stores. Work directly with Managing Partners for in-store events. Work with Non-Profits for events.

Identify and develop business and sales plans for local clients within our area. Maintain current client relationships. Grow current and new clients sales and profit margins.

Take charge of all private functions from groups anywhere of 5-1500. Handle all aspects of marketing, book-keeping, sales records, profit and labor. Act as a liaison between the company and the community. Hire and Train all staff. Take inventory and order all front of house supplies including liquor, wine and beer. Handle all files including ABC and business license. File and pay taxes monthly, quarterly and yearly. Process all payroll for staff.

Establish New Accounts through Marketing and Relationships.Building relationships with the community and volunteering with non-profit groups. Establish budgets and make sure to hit goals monthly, quarterly and yearly.
