Welcome! I look forward to meeting you. A little about myself. On the outside, I am a physical therapist with over a decade of experience. Throughout my career it has been a focus of mine to become credentialed and skilled to better serve my patients and a couple examples of that would be OCS board certification, manual therapy certification, blood flow restriction, and dry needling. By focusing on training early in my career it has allowed me the opportunity to do the things that I really enjoy, which is to mentor other PT's and patients. I have over 4 years in management and have developed other nonclinical skills that have enhanced my professional growth outside of patient care. Outside of the clinic you will find me outdoors with my two sons, traveling to the mountains, or practicing my golf game. I have a fitness forward mindset and strive to continue practicing what I preach.
