In this role, they work to directly manage the daily operations of the building, as well as interact with the public to enhance visitor experience. • Initial point of contact for tenants, clients, and all other building users• Coordinating porter schedules and responsible for the setup of all programmes and venue hire events which can total up to 750 people in attendance Developing a comprehensive understanding of the institution's history to provide information and tours for visitors. • Creating all signage in the building to communicate directions, history, and requests to visitors. • Working with the marketing department to promote and upsell upcoming events and programming. • Assisting all departments with administrative work. • Managing access control, which includes keys within the building and programming staff passes. • Promoting the Ri’s events and memberships, also giving visitors information about the Ri’s mission and how they can be a part of it. • Managing all parcels and mail which get delivered to the building. The role also includes assisting departments with franking and sending mail, ensuring they can meet deadlines. • Having oversight over Health and Safety within the building.
