As a sales associate you were in charge of the customer's care from the minute they placed an order online or called into the office. You assisted them with any questions, concerns, or direction that they may need- either guiding them through our website order process or our online design tool. If there were issues with their artwork we were in contact with solutions and problem solving. You were also in charge of managing the accounts and keeping in contact with the customer through their order from placement to printing, cutting, finishing, packaging, and then shipping.Additional jobs included sourcing for businesses (re-sellers and end users) to cold call potential customers. A lot of it was product and material knowledge, and specifics while also working on online tools such as Illustrator, Microsoft Office (Word, Exel, Outlook), and then also Dynamics AX. Occasionally Slack was used for communication as well.
