I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Associate, specializing in empowering children, adolescents, and young adults, with a focus on LGBTQIA+ youth and individuals with religious or complex trauma. My holistic, strengths-based approach incorporates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy, Play Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Collaborative and Proactive Solutions to support clients in their healing and growth.As a social worker, my commitment to clients involves not only providing therapeutic support but also helping them access community resources. Many of the challenges they face are interconnected with the imperfections of the social systems and institutions we interact with daily. By centering this understanding, we can work together to address systemic barriers and empower clients to navigate these systems more effectively.
