here is a bio on my teaching experience-hope has been playing the guitar for seventeen years. when she began studying music in college, her freshman year guitar instructor asked her to start taking some of his student load and kabaam, she began her teaching endeavors. after graduating, she explored her own teaching style that incorporated theory, songwriting, performing & guitar playing. over the last fourteen years, she has taught at three academies and run her own teaching business. she has seen clients journey from a beginner level into writing full records, recording and signing major label record deals and writing with the world’s top artists. she has now worked with more than a thousand students, all of which have probed her passion for creating a customized learning space for each student. her devotion to coaching and teaching has increased exponentially as her life has progressed from single girl with the long hair and the big guitar to mother of two and experienced artist, songwriter and instructor. she is currently taking new students and building her company. if you are interested in furthering your growth as a musician with hope hazy, below, you will see a link to “blooming artist sessions” which includes her rates and policy. she has recognized the value of her work through the stories of her students who continue to accomplish dreams and pursue music.

here is a bio of my journey as a musician-hope hazy is a los angeles based musician who grew up internationally in a large family. raised abroad, she acquired a multi-cultural perspective of people and music. she began songwriting at age eight and picked up the guitar a few years later. she earned her degree in music composition technology and also attended a music conservatory in martha’s vineyard. she has released two full length albums and completed two statewide tours for each album. she has a youtube presence with her webisodes called “late hazy nights,” a series in which she performs and exposes life and musical insight.hope’s songwriting made her a “los angeles music award” winner. she works with various esteemed producers including kevin teasley (composer for harry potter, twilight, indiana jones), david huff (rascall flatts, lady antebellum, the band perry, taylor swift), chris james (prince, self), mike whittaker (cake, lionel richie, jimmy kimmel live), jeffery david (seal, echo smith), and ran jackson (katy perry, the daylights). over the last few years, a large number of her collaborations were placed in feature film movie trailers, indie films, commercials and major network tv shows.
