The Customer Liaison role focuses on relationship management (TSAEP – Employer; TSAEP – Job seeker; Employer – Job seeker) and provides onsite and offsite servicing. The role is responsible for developing and managing employer relationships and supporting (mentoring) the complete transition of TSAEP job seekers into sustainable employment• Development of Employer relationships that leads to brokered sustainable employment for TSAEP Job seekers• To establish a pool of regular Employers that repeatedly utilise TSAEP to meet their recruitment needs• To preserve existing Employer relationships• To provide a high level of customer service to satisfy the needs of Employers and TSAEP Job seekers• Co-ordination and communication of existing and new employment opportunities to Site/s staff• Day to day management of vacancies, Referrals and placements for the Front Office Site/s in accordance with contractual and internal policy requirements • The provision of Post Placement Support to Employers and Job seekers to maximise ongoing employment
