Vice President, Community Banking Sales Performance Manager
CurrentResponsible for developing sales, customer service, and sales management training modules and facilitate training to branch staff. Provides sales management and sales results to the Branch Management team. Identify performance gaps in goal achievement and reduce variability across the branch network. Create and implement action plans to address and resolve variances. Reinforce and improve the sales process, monitor consistent execution of sales disciplines and expectations across the branches. • Manage Community Banking Sales Scorecard and Incentive Plan.• Drive sales performance through group and one on one on-site coaching.• Leverage partnerships across enterprise to execute sales plans and achieve mutual sales goals.• Build training plan relevant to the growth and development of the Community Banking Team.• Oversight of new hire training and onboarding process.
