As a Solutions Executive, I work with over 200 hospitals across 7 states to promote HealthStream's talent management, and now clinical courseware solutions suite. Provided comprehensive account management for over 600 accounts including contract renewals, new product introduction, and consultative sales to increase account revenue.  Implemented and managed a webinar series to generate sales for the HealthStream Competency Center.

In this role, I was responsible for managing the operational activities of the sales organization working directly with the VP, Sales. Additional responsibilities include managing the renewal functions of the company including strategic oversight, working with the individual Account Managers to drive revenue from renewals, and communicating quarterly renewal status to the Executive team for external reporting. I also manage the successful renewal of contracts having no new order value opportunity. Other duties include managing and planning the logistics of departmental meetings, including the annual Sales Kick-Off and Training Meeting, light inside sales, and management of personnel by assigning duties and monitoring performance.

As the Senior Contracting Manager, I managed the renewal of an average of 75 accounts per quarter, including the communication of quarterly renewal status to the Executive team for external reporting. I also contacted customers to collect on excessively past-due invoices, managed site disconnections and final data reports for cancelled contracts, and managed personnel by assigning duties and monitoring performance.

Managed over 170 accounts by building relationships with customers, issuing best practice techniques to increase utilization of the system, and coordinating the renewal process for each account.

Managed an average of 90 accounts of healthcare facilities utilizing the customer-hosted learning management system, by providing technical support and educating customers on the most effective use of the LMS.

Assisted customers experiencing issues with the Decision Support System software, such as database reconciliation and data issues. Performed monthly database reconciliation for a hospital database. Manipulated data to load into hospital databases (GL Account, Dollar, and Patient Information).

Installed and upgraded the job-cost accounting software (JAMIS) at various company locations. Modified an MS Access database used to interface with JAMIS by editing forms, queries, and reports.
