As the General Manager of JUYI restaurant & lounge, I lead a team of over 30 staff members to provide high-quality service and customer satisfaction in a multicultural environment. I oversee all aspects of the daily operations, from budgeting and inventory to marketing and staff training. The previous working experience in luxury airlines brought me rich customer service knowledge and management skills, with a master of management degree and a Bachelor's degree in Teaching Chinese as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor from Beijing Language and Culture University, I have developed strong communication and intercultural skills that enable me to work effectively with diverse customers and stakeholders. I have also applied my ESL and high ending service knowledge to create and implement language training programs for my staff, enhancing the team's confidence. My goal is to leverage my expertise in managing and optimizing production processes within the service sector to deliver excellent results and grow the business.
