Conducting onboard consultations with clients who purchase digital products through Hibu. Gathering all necessary information to build quality digital products. Responsible for assisting clients through the connection process to social media platforms such as Facebook and GBP. Ensuring synchronization throughout all listings and products. Once all products are built, responsible for checking all Client’s products for accuracy and functionality. Responsible for publishing all products and ensuring success. Primary Responsibilities:- Establishing trusting relationship’s with clients and helping through connections from point of sale to fulfillment of products. Responsible for items surrounding the collection of assets for the clients digital advertising. - Clearly setting expectations with regards to product definition and fulfillment process deadlines. - Engaging with the client on a pre-determined basis to address questions and concerns. Being able to proficiently answer client-initiated questions specific to digits products. - Responsible for meeting defined KPIs as they relate to client satisfaction and retention including client contacts, outbound calls and emails.- Assist in the retention process when needed including the ability to offer waivers and escalation channels to get work completed quickly during the pre-live process. - Liaise with internal teams including Website Support, Search, Display, SEO, DNS, and WAVE.
