• Identify critical focus areas for analysis, development, and implementation of integrated HR solutions that support the clients’ global business strategy.• Contribute to the development of Organizational Development Plans with business partners includingcompensation matters, career planning, and organizational planning.• Support business partners regarding organizational structure or job changes using your analytical skills to make recommendations on talent management, succession, turnover reporting, positiondescriptions, salaries, and job changes.• Conduct research and analysis; this includes compiling reports and actively developing and handling thenext steps based on report/analysis results.• Identify problems and develop hypotheses, often recommending a data product that addresses clientneeds.• Ensure positive partnerships with COE groups including Benefits, Compensation, Team MemberRelations, Learning, and Development, Recruiting, and HR Analytics to provide client solutions.• Assist business partners with recruiting, selecting, and hiring.• Coordinate with Legal and Finance departments (when necessary) and governmental agencies todetermine information from client requests.• Support the People Strategy including business plan, objectives and deliverables, change management,and communication implementation.

Consult corporate functions on HR and business metrics to increase data-driven decision makingBuild project management and change management capabilities among the HR team.Oversee both internal and external project managers and align project plans across organizations to ensure successful execution of strategies.Develop HR and functional scorecards and assess metrics against best-practice.Works with CHRO and HR Leadership Team (HRLT) to develop and maintain HR Governance and Operating Model including approval authorities and RACIs.Support development of presentations for Monthly Operating Reviews (MOR) and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) meetings.Partners with CHRO helping to coordinate HR governance items including strategic planning, HRLT meetings, Town Halls, annual goals, and strategic planning sessions.Leverage this opportunity to constantly learn the business, strategy, execution capabilities and delivering on commitments plus developing the ability to influence people in the organization to drive performance.

HR Generalist• Leads and/or supports HR processes including on-boarding, off-boarding, payroll, FMLA, leaves of absence, safety and worker's compensation and unemployment claims processing. • Maintains knowledge and advises management of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. • Advises, supports, and assists with positive employee relations activities and investigates and resolves employee relations issues. • Supports recruitment efforts for exempt and non-exempt associates with requisitions and job postings. • Leads or supports HR projects and conducts HR-related training (e.g., new hire orientation, benefits orientation, safety/ergonomics, HR compliance, positive employee relations, etc.).
