Passion Works Studio creates opportunities for all people to explore and socially connect through the process of making art.We follow the lead, talents and interests of people with developmental differences and collaborate with people of all abilities, through artmaking, to create vibrant and inclusive communities. We upcycle otherwise discarded materials and produce environmentally responsible artistic items. We elevate, celebrate and transform people, places and things that would otherwise be overlooked or abandoned.

- Oversee the operation of 5 “mod” style, mixed population residence halls (600-660 student population). -Oversee the LGBTQ Living Experience Community -Mentor, supervise, and train 22 undergraduate student staff members, as well as 1 graduate staff member. *Serve as committee chair for the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee (2023-Now)*Serve on the Bobcat Living Experience committee (2024-Now)*Serve on the University Hearing Board. (2023-current) Served on The Housing and Residence Life Values Committee. (2022-2023)

- Oversee two traditional first year coed residence halls, one Greek organization’s independent house, and the coed upperclassman Townhouses.-Work and collaborate with the division of student affairs, academic affairs, the university wellness center, and campus/local police. -Work with software such as Maxient, The Housing Directory, Starfish, 25Live, and Presence.-Mentor, supervise, and train 13 student staff members.

The Graduate Resident Director is a ten month administrative graduate appointment within the Department of Housing and Residence Life and reports to a full-time Resident Director. The Graduate Resident Director directly supervises and coordinates the development of a residential community.(2 year appointment)
