Vertebrate Genomes Project
I contributed towards the assembly of the reference genome of the Cunner fish (Tautogolabrus adsperus), a project that demanded precision, collaboration, and innovation. Using technology from industry partners such as Illumina, PacBio, and UCSC, I was able to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the resulting reference genome.
