I am a graduate of Milligan University. I majored in psychology and with minors in music, english, and humanitiesGrowing up, my mother was the children’s minister at our church. Most of my life was spent helping my mom teach and lead children. I love working with young people! I’ve also always had a fascination with the mind and how it works. I enjoy analyzing behaviors and learning about people’s lives to help them succeed! We often forget about our tiniest and most vulnerable fellow humans. I believe that a child’s opinion is just as important as an adult’s opinion. Children are the world of today, not just the world of tomorrow. I hope to help children lead happier and healthier lives!My hobbies include reading, writing, playing piano, singing, and spending time with my friends!My experiences include:• Working with children with extreme behaviors and a background of trauma• Using crisis intervention techniques and teaching positive coping skills• Providing peace in an otherwise "chaotic" environment• Creatively applying many of my other interests in activities for children• Succeeding academically with a busy schedule
