Glenn has served, for over three decades, in Churches and in Non Profit. In the Church, he was responsible for staffing, administration, systems and technology as well as leading volunteers to manage groups of people attending. He was a regular speaker as well as writing and editing copy for weekly, monthly and yearly communications for the congregation.In Non Profit, his job scope included leading, training and affirming over 250 Volunteer Directors who's mission was to serve today's children in Foster Care (the abused, abandoned and neglected children, 6-12 yrs old) Each Director in over 40 states in the nation were inspired to raise their own budget ($30,000 to $100,000+), recruit and train staffing and camp/club counselors and mentors, as well as work with and alongside Social Services in their local county. Glenn regularly traveled, spoke, raised finances and did training all over the United States. Glenn also managed the technical and practical systems in a the National Office with just a dozen employees. While working full time, he was responsible to raise his own salary and working budget every year. Glenn is a "wild brain" thinker, who has trained and inspired hundreds of people to be their very best on behalf of the children they served. Glenn and his wife, Robin, have been married for thirty seven years and reside in Santa Ana, California. They have three adult married children. Glenn is a graduate of Vanguard University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies and a Master’s degree in Leadership.
