With over 25 years of custom flooring experience, I generate new business opportunities for Desso & Tandus Centiva, both Tarkett Companies. I establish key relationships with hospitality clients in the gaming industry. Utilizing my interior design background, I consult and advise in the design, specification and project management process of luxury vinyl flooring solutions and custom carpet co-creation by Desso Hospitality, & Tandus Centiva.

Western United States

We provide custom carpet and luxury vinyl flooring for the global hospitality resort & casino industry.We help design custom flooring solutions alongside interior designers, hotel brands, and purchasing agents.I increase market share & revenue through key clients in the Western region of the US through intentional strategies.I coach and mentor our sales organization to improve their skills and grow their markets.

Global

I negotiate corporate contracts with 4 & 5 star hotel and casino management/ownership companies, establishing preferred vendor purchasing programs for the carpet products and design services OW Hospitality offers. Business development strategies are utilized to penetrate a focused group of new clients. I manage and improve sales within these national accounts incorporating intensive communication, details, organization and complex problem solving skills. To name a few of the clients I serve: Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International, Fairmont Raffles Swissotels Hotels & Resorts; and Hilton Worldwide. I interface strategically with the client's executive management team, purchasing entities & design departments, serving as the main point of contact for all projects & negotiations. I collaborate with the local OW Hospitality representative and 3rd party vendors, (such as interior design firms, contractors or purchasing agents) to meet demanding, dead-line oriented projects around the world.

North America

As VP of Sales, I was responsible for building, guiding and training the US sales organization, as well as to establish the brand in the hospitality industry as a "start-up/new player in the US". I led & inspired a team of 14 sales agents, as well as the design team, and support staff for the United States. My role encompassed many activities to run the organization as a small business unit: from project management and logistics, to marketing and advertising, public relations, corporate and client event planning, trade show marketing and planning, sales incentive programs, to strategic development of national accounts, and sales in the United States to increase company sales and profitability.

Greater Los Angeles Area

Created specifications through high profile design firms. Built a clientele base in an untapped market for corporate, education and healthcare arenas. Imparted Steelcase's consultative selling strategy of "knowledge, products, service" to impact companies bottom line profits ~ ultimately resulting in sales. Met sales quotas annually. Received the $2 Mil Club award in 2000 & 2001.
