About Hope C. Donnelly

With a strong foundation in the arts, I am an entrepreneur, restorator, curator, consultant, connector, mother, and native Floridian. After a decade in professional sports entertainment as both a dancer and a manager, plus another 4 years coaching at the collegiate level, I believe in taking risks, “daring greatly”, and community over competition.I founded 8-Count Creative in 2011 as the umbrella brand to create and consult, while teaching art, coaching dance, and searching for the perfect brick and mortar for my business. I purchased and re-envisioned the Rialto Theatre in 2013 as a mixed-purpose arts and events space in the heart of Tampa.Saturdays at the Rialto are filled with wedding celebrations, and the rest of the week is a variety show of photo and video productions, dance showcases, gallery receptions, community gatherings, and corporate events. Outside the Rialto, I can be found downtown drifting, coffee shop camping, and collaborating on my next arts, community, or historic project.
