-Serve as the primary thought leader to create, lead, support, organize and execute activities/events for inclusion, volunteering and engagement for associates -Organize, manage and execute activities designed to boost associate’s well-being and engagement aligned with the company's culture and values, influencing department strategy-Collaborate with leadership on people strategy for DEI integration-Foster, facilitate and manage external relationships for events, volunteering and DEI partnerships in the community -Implement change management, development planning, competency models, employee on-boarding, recognition programs and career development -Provide necessary resources while demonstrating personal commitment to associates and the leadership team; discuss engagement drivers, create action plans and scorecard success criteria to support accordingly
