Senior Sales Enablement Lead Ii
Current- Deliver rich and interactive virtual and in-person training that engages thelearners
- Facilitate group work, partner role-plays and other activities that allowlearners to put new concepts into practice in a safe and inclusive environment
- Onboard around 50-100+ new hire employees per month through world-classtraining
- Responsible for delivering ongoing training and new product launch trainingsto all reps, sales managers and sales directors (can range from 400-1000+employees)
- Support GTM efforts working directly with Product and Marketing teams to ensure Sales teams are equipped to sell effectively
- Partner with senior sales leaders and cross functional teams to identify sellingskill gaps and create content or a curriculum to address the gaps
