Mobility Deployment Specialist

• Provision and configure mobile devices for New Hires and existing users• Provision and dispatch devices for internal users• Solve escalations for technical support via phone, email and cases• Manage device inventory inclusive of inventory management, recycling of used devices, and disposal preparation• Provide training on the proper usage and configuration on their mobile devices• Work with internal helpdesk, Provisioning, Infrastructure Operations, Systems Engineering, IT NOC, Security and other teams to identify and resolve escalations and optimize processes• Troubleshoot mobile devices inclusive of hardware, services, and internal applications• Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures, best practices, and customer service guidelines• Specialized projects with interdepartmental issues • Works closely with the Global MDM team on defining the North America region strategy for mobile devices and procurement• Manage the Corporate Verizon account working closely with the regional Verizon rep to provide the cost-benefits of plans and packages• Provide 2nd and 3rd level regional support for client and MDM/Airwatch support, Office365 support, browser, and global application support
