I have acted as trial counsel and led defense strategies for numerous companies in the life sciences and energy industries faced with complex, multi-jurisdictional litigation. I have also represented banks and brokerage firms against securities, contract and consumer fraud claims, and I regularly advise on reducing and managing litigation risks. I am a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars and am admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States as well as the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Thirds and Fourth Circuits and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.
