As a facilitator I mediated real estate acquisitions between sellers and buyers. In some transactions my company was retained as a private service, yet to still stay objective toward every transaction assuring that no one is cheated, maintaining integrity and honesty. Under my company, I was responsible for provide timely accurate information and anything that must be disclose under the Law. Being that real estate is a very time sensitive field, providing accurate information upon request on market conditions related to the transaction in a timely manner was a practice. Additionally, I was responsible for accounting for any and all earnest money deposits and other property received from any parties involved in the transaction. I became very familiar with TREC contracts and an array of addendums. It began my passion for real estate; I wanted to be more involved in the industry, so in 2010 I left and began to work for a startup company called H.O.P.E. Realty, where I was able to utilize my knowledge of the local and state real estate market to increase company output. We negotiated and facilitated a few transactions the first year. We began to network with other private companies to increase our asset attainment of properties, being able to all cash fast and efficiently. There were a lot of families that were losing their houses so under my directive we moved into facilitating short sales working closely with a team of real estate professionals to successful close and help families see something out of defaulting economy, with its deflating property values. This year I have been more optimistic because it seems more than in the last three years a return of a buyer’s market. So welcome to H.O.P.E.
