Hope Richards is a partner and managing attorney for RTR Title, Richards Law, PA and serves as in house counsel for for the real estate division of RTRLAW. She has extensive experience in the Florida real estate market not only as an attorney, but also as an investor. Possessing both legal and real world experience in the ever-changing real estate market allows her to have a keen understanding of what it takes to help her clients meet their real estate goals.Ms. Richards serves as chief counsel for private lenders, wholesale brokerages, property management firms and is local counsel for various funds acquiring assists throughout Florida. Ms. Richards was born and raised in Mississippi where she obtained her B.S. in Biology from the University of Mississippi and her J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. She lives in Orlando with her two sons.
