I have over 23 years of experience in the employee benefits and insurance industry. Prior to joining Apprize, I worked at Delta Dental of Minnesota for over 11 years. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Studies. Apprize Technology provides software services that specialize in online employee benefits administration, enrollment, and HRIS solutions. We offer web based software to fit the needs and budget of several broker agencies and employer groups. Hundreds of employers currently use our services to more efficiently communicate, enroll and manage their employee benefits and human resource programs.In my current role as a Client Services Manager, I directly manage a Team Structure, inclusive of Account Executive(s), Account Specialist(s), and Data Specialist(s) to assist in support, renewals, and ongoing client facing projects as well as resolve escalated issues. I also act as lead Project Manager on all new client implementations of web based healthcare benefits administration software sites while working closely with brokers and employers to collect all necessary data to ensure successful implementations and renewals. Originally from Northern Minnesota, I am happily married and a proud Mom and Nana. In my free time, I enjoy an addiction to crocheting, camping, walking and reading.Apprize is a place I enjoy being.
