I have many years experience in training engineers in the Photocopier and printer trade.I went on to complete a City & Guilds PETTLS course which is a teaching accreditation to aide me in my courses. I also produced CD-ROM’s and videos for my courses and distance learning.For a brief spell, about 3 month’s I worked with a charity called DESTiny, this was to give disabled people direction regarding work either after a life changing accident or to provide an alternative career. This involved talking, finding strengths and developing personal and professional skills.I now work with Garden Gnome Software taking care of the support in the forums and e-mails. I also produce training videos which are also on YouTube, SupportGnome Channel, as well as look after the translations of the software, communicating with people from all over the world. I also play a part in writing the online instructions and write tips for our users.
