In my current role, I perform various kinds of reconciliations. I assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements. I am responsible for Flooring/Paying off new vehicles through partnering financial organizations. I post and balance loans from bank organizations for new/used vehicle purchases. Along with posting and balancing customer accounts for our Body Shop, Parts, and Service departments. I maintain inventories through end of the month delivery and floorplan reconciliations. Manage General Motors incentive dollars received by the dealership. Other responsibilities include: interest allocation, allowance for bad debts, calculate managers bonuses, net profit projections, sales tax to the state, new and used vehicle write down, etc. I also ensure internal controls are followed to meet GAAP guidelines.

I returned back to Illinois to go back to school and care for an ailing parent.
