Battalion Engineer Equipment Maintenance Technician for the 23rd Brigade Engineer Battalion, comprised of six companies, consisting of over 450 Soldiers in support of 1-2 SBCT and 7ID. Principal advisor to the Battalion Commander and responsible for the readiness of over 5,000 pieces of equipment worth over $120 million. Directly responsible for enforcing the Army Maintenance Standards and managing programs to include TAMMS, AOAP,TMDE, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, equipment dispatching, shop supply, and equipment warranties. Managed all Class IX requisitions and recoverable SP&C turn-ins.

Performed as the Auto Maintenance Warrant Officer assigned to the Support Operations Section, 82d Combat Aviation Brigade, 82d Airborne Division. Plans, resources, and synchronizes the maintenance operations across six Battalions and the Brigade Logistic Assistance Team (BLST). Monitors and reports the readiness rates for approximately twenty-eight thousand pieces of equipment worth in excess of $200 million. Principal technical advisor and subject matter expert to the Brigade and Battalion Commanders on all matters concerning equipment readiness, to include automotive, communications and electronics, power generation and service/recovery assets.

Planned, organized and executed field level maintenance of heavy and light wheeled vehicles, armament, ground support equipment, powered drive chemical equipment for one Headquarters Detachment and four Military Police combat support companies. Diagnosed, tested and analyzed malfunctions of unit equipment. Directed the establishment and operation fount shop stock lists for field level repair and maintenance related operations. Established and enforced shop fire and safety programs. Managed unit calibration requirements and unit level oil analysis program. Prepared and briefed readiness reports. Wrote and updated internal and external Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all maintenance areas. Directed emergency recovery and repair for all Battalion equipment. Managed the Army Maintenance Management System and scheduling of periodic maintenance and services.

Performed as the Senior Ground Maintenance Warrant Officer sustaining US Forces at Fort Bragg, North Carolina in a Sustainment Brigade consisting of over 3,300 Soldiers organized in two Combat Sustainment Support Battalions, a Transportation Battalion (Movement Control), and a Special Troops Battalion. Provides staff oversight of readiness and reporting in Logistical Information Systems for XVIII Airborne Corps units consisting of more than 650 UICs. Responsible for managing field level maintenance production, Exchange Pricing(EP), Test Measurement Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE), and provides status reports.

Executed the duties as the Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and Allied Trades OIC for the 503rd Support Maintenance Company, 530th CSSB, 101st SBDE. Responsible for the direct and intermediate maintenance for GSE and Allied Trades to ensure an aggressive, pro-active approach is taken to identify, correct and prevent power generation outages, (HVAC) and material handling equipment discrepancies; Contracting Officer Representative responsible for the coordination and supervision of all power generation issues on Camp Dehdadi II, as well as plans, technically advise, and trains field level maintenance support for US and Coalition Forces operating in Regional Command North. Additionally he serves as a Platoon Leader, where he is responsible for the accountability, training, counseling, health and welfare of 28 NCOs and Soldiers.

Executed the duties as the Support Operations Logistics Maintenance Officer for the largest Combat Sustainment Support Battalion made up of over 1800 Soldiers and seven companies. Directly responsible for managing and tracking four maintenance prints and trends. Manages and chairs the maintenance meeting for the 82nd Sustainment B brigade and XVIII Airborne Corps Separates. Manages and oversees the Army Material Management Systems, plans and supervise the maintenance policies of the Battalion and subordinate units. Primary advisor to the Battalion Commander on all areas of logistics and maintenance operations. Responsible for the transition of the maintenance mission from 503rd Support Maintenance Company to the 659th Support Maintenance Company and from the 189th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion to the 264th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion Support Operations Maintenance section.

Managed field level Ground Support Equipment maintenance support and ensured an aggressive pro-active approach was taken to identify, troubleshoot, correct and prevent excessive non mission capable time. Coordinated the scheduling and priority of all maintenance activities. Managed and maintained the section's bench and shop stock inventory. Worked closely with the Shop Officer, inspectors, all commanders and supported units to maintain mission oriented customer support.

Managed all scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance on Power Generation Systems, Heating/Air Conditioning Systems, Vertical/Horizontal Engineer Equipment, Small Engine Repair, Quartermaster Equipment and Combat Engineer Equipment.
