• Design and deployment of Altice Retails stores on the West and East coast • Configure network routers, switches, UPS and or other Network devices • Routing protocols used BGP, EIGRP, • Configure and Troubleshoot VPNs on ISR1001 • Troubleshoot/Diagnose/Resolve network connectivity issues. Apply best practices and performing code upgrades. • Work directly with customer to gather requirements and resolve network connectivity issues. • Document and updating Network Diagrams via Visio • Wireshark Analysis

Principal Responsibilities:• Complete projects as per supervisor’s direction.• Provide layer support of all network devices included but not limited to Workstations, servers, IP phones, videoconference units and surveillance cameras and wireless access points.• Plan for and execute firmware/software upgrades on all network equipment.• Troubleshoot and maintain wireless infrastructure technologies such Controllers, Access points and Identity Services.• Design and deploy any network upgrades or changes. Configuration of cisco and aruba devices.• Follow and implement current information security best practices in administrating all network equipment and services.• Support and troubleshoot WAN connections for regional campuses and cross-campus issues, as needed.• Investigate network issues and blackouts.• Create and maintain documentation of network infrastructure diagrams, device inventory and knowledge base articles.• Provide link layer support for all student connections.• Perform other department related support activities as needed.
