As a Quality Operations Specialist, my main responsibilities include:-Develop and implement QC Operations data management solutions and processes-Involvement in the design and implementation of ERP/MRP systems related to QC processes-Communicate with Planning, Production and QC staff to ensure timely product testing and disposition-Assist in the investigation and resolution of non-conformance according to ISO 13485 standards-Prepare and review quality documents including Certificate of Analysis, Certificates of Origin, SDS, SOPs and compliance documents -Analyze QC load and capacity and prepare metric reports-Facilitate the transition into a GMP facility and relevant training of QC staff
