Major responsibilities:- To act as the Geographic subject matter expert for Procurement in relation to Supplier Management, Strategic Supplier Relationship Management and Sustainability.Achievements: • Trained 12 cross-functional team members in the Business Enabler Survey Tool (BEST) methodology which is a sustainability programme that is applied to strategic suppliers.• Completed 100% of the BEST 2010 and 2011 evaluations according to the plan and budget.• Lead the regional implementation of the integrated Supplier Management Process across Americas• Coordinated the OPTIMA Procurement shared service project implementation.• Oversee the implementation of the Price Evolution Index methodology (PEI) for indirect recurring spending across all Americas end markets

Major responsibilities:- Responsible for the execution of the geographic category strategies and development of sourcing plans within the Americas region. Achievements: • Conducted the Regional Sourcing process for Permanent POS category that reduced the total cost of ownership (£1.8 Million P&L annual savings) through an accurate fulfilment of business needs, complexity reduction and commercial compliance • Developed and implemented Service Level Agreements with contracted Point of Sales suppliers to promote continual improvement and innovation. • Represented the Americas Region in the Promotional Merchandise Global Key User Group (KUG) in order to enable the right implementation of the Global Category Strategy in the Americas.• Managed the Regional Sourcing processes conducted by Agrega, a jointly own purchasing agent.
