Jamaica Lawn Bowling Association recognises that work needs to be done to develop the sport locally.Whilst the Jamaica Lawn Bowling Association is keen for this trend to be reversed, it must also be realistic enough to recognise that the trend may not be reversed within the term of this Strategic Plan. It does however wish to focus its efforts on increasing participation, by both current and futureparticipants, and success in this area can be achieved by all parties working together – Jamaica Lawn Bowling Association, County Associations andClubs.Jamaica Lawn Bowling Association will continue to work nationally to raise the profile of the sport, within the resources available, and will work to offer assistance to county associations and clubs with recruitment initiatives. This will include relevant marketing material, advertising and advice on bestpractice. Given the JLBA’s focus on increasing participation among those aged 55 and Over, and people with disabilities, Jamaica Lawn BowlingAssociation will pay particular focus on increasing participation among the younger age groups and women in particular. Through this work, JamaicaLawn Bowling Association target is to show a figure of 115 affiliated members by 31st January 2023.Jamaica Lawn Bowling Association is also acutely aware of the importance of coaching to the long‐term future of the sport, and has therefore identifiedthe requirement for 30 people to be registered members of Coach Bowls.Jamaica Lawn Bowling Association recognises that there is not only a need to recruit new people to the sport, but to ensure that there is ampleopportunity for them to participate at appropriate levels within the sport.National Championships and National Competitions will be held in development of the sport.

On a day-to-day basis, I supervise and coordinate the schedules, workflow, and responsibilities of various departments. Hiring, training, and evaluating employees, as well as providing communication between departments and other human resource functions.I have overall responsible for the success and profitability of the station. I determine and try to meet the financial goals of the Board. I have to work closely with accounts department to track purchases, cash flow, and profits; prepare budgets; and maintain overall accountability.

This involved scouting, evaluating and signing players that has potential to move from the Red Stripe Premier League to Major League Soccer, The United Soccer League ,North America Soccer League and European Leagues.

We had discussions with the Premier Leagues Club Association and Redstripe about having WyScout in the Redstripe Premier League. We have also agreed to use Harbour View as our market leader on the project, of which the definition is a collaboration between Jamaica's most successful club and the market leader in scouting services (WyScout) with a view to helping the continuing progress of football/ soccer within the country.Later all 12 teams would have access to the platform to be used for Football Match Analysis. There were also discussions with the Jamaica Football Federation about the senior team using Wyscout for Football Match Analysis.
