Team management: Understanding the company's business needs in depth, planning the overall allocation of creative talents. Pushing "Design" to become an independent professional sequence of the company, and acting as its chairman. I was responsible for the general interview and promotion certification of all the designers. Setting up a "Design Club" to conduct cross-departmental sharing, contest, exhibition and other events and activities.3. System Building: Combining my design and technical expertise, I led the implementation of the company's "brand assets library", "marketing website front-end codex", "design requirements management system Wrike", and more. I also actively introduced advanced design tools such as Sketch/Figma, and practiced "core designers", "design resource pool" and other mechanisms.4. Communication and coordination: Maintaining a bilingual working status and assisting foreign AP to participate in president-level meetings. Several trips to Canada to set up local design teams and promote important projects, such as exhibiting at VidCon in the US.
