Department Supervisors train, coach and develop associates in each department to ensure customers receive excellent service and can easily find the merchandise they need. In addition they provide valuable input into merchandising decisions to the Store Management Team and Operations Team.

Appliance sales associates are experts in appliance sales and product knowledge, providing information on product features and knowing related items to sell an entire project. They are experts in providing information regarding extended service protection and selling protection plans accordingly. Appliance sales ssociates provide fast, friendly service to customers and are responsible for actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance. They know how to greet, qualify, recommend and close every customer in their department, and they know how to handle basics in adjacent departments. They maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas and ensure that they are clean, shoppable, and safe. They must possess strong follow-up skills, enabling them to process customer transactions, from pre-qualification to delivery, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction possible.

The Embarkation Representative works directly with our arriving and departing guests at the cruise ship terminal and is responsible for providing service in all facets of the debarkation/embarkation aspect of the cruise experience. Responsibilities include answering general questions, directing guests and visitors to the proper area and registering guests via a computer system.
