Dipak is the leader in gift bags, gift boxes and wrapping paper in Latinamerica...selling its products in 36 countries around the world and 20 countries as Disney licensee.Responsible for sales and p/l management and budget administration, working closely with marketing, customer service, operations, and logistics teams to build and maintain leadership in Mexico and Latin America in stationery brands. Upak brand development, number 1 brand in Disney licensed notebooks in México.Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for channels and countries for exports sales; projecting expected sales volume. Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results, maintain sales volume, product mix for different channels: Retailers, Wholesalers, Mom & Pop, Exports, and e-channel. Amazon, WM.com and Mercado Libre.Maintain sales staff by selecting and training employees of different departments and levels, e.g., Managers, Salesperson, and merchandisers.Participate in stakeholder meetings and Top Management, both quarter meetings and yearly strategic planning. Weekly meetings with Directors and operation managers to review sales advance, check supply and demand, and implement targeted sales strategy.
