•Partnered with the Endava Private Equity Group to run a full assessment of the IT landscape and provide future recommendations and a roadmap for one of our UK clients•Led the Mobile & Web workstream comprising of four other sub-teams: Product Data Analysis, UX/User Journey/Design Team, SEO team & Underlying Tech team for front-end and back-end, alligning recommendations and providing a roadmap for the client

Accountable for growing our delivery capabilities and the capacity of this near-shore Software Delivery location.A key leadership role, the Delivery Unit Manager owns the operational and growth strategy at the location/DU level, alligning with the business demands and Endava's plans for growth.The role encompassed the following areas:•Capacity: Managing growth, recruitment, attrition, bench management, grade shape, and other critical workforce planning areas to meet the needs of our clients.•Capability: Developing technical and engineering excellence through skills, knowledge, and personal development. Building leadership and coaching skills for line managers and career coaches.•Community: Building communities and practices that enable Endava employees to collaborate and learn together, enhancing retention.•Financial P&L: Developing and executing budgets, forecasting, cost reporting (Capex/Opex), salary and promotion planning.•Operational: Establishing an operating rhythm, managing risks and property across the location.

Accountable for continuously building and improving the people strategy for 1500+ Endavans from a region encompassing our Cluj-Napoca, Timisoara, and Targu Mures offices.Guided, supported and aligned a team of 30+ professionals covering our Recruitment, L&D, CSR, Internal Comms, internal & external events capabilities, to position Endava as a top employer in our markets.Focused on attracting the best people and enabling them to grow and develop by providing a liberating leadership culture, opportunities and empowerement.
